Hagerstown Concrete was founded in 2023 by a crew of local tradespeople who grew up watching the same driveways, sidewalks, and patios in this area crack, heave, and crumble. Not because concrete fails - but because it was not installed right the first time. Hagerstown sits in the Cumberland Valley with clay-heavy soil, hard winters, and freeze-thaw cycles that punish any slab that was rushed or undersized. We started this business because we knew there was a better way.
